We are building a premium Recruitment Training Program, and we're seeking a full-time Coach who can deliver this training live to clients--helping them confidently navigate the recruitment process.

You're someone who's great with people, confident on calls, and naturally persuasive. But more than just closing deals, you also care about the people you work with -- and want to guide them to real career success.



You're not here for a traditional sales script or a robotic target-chasing role. You want to play a larger part in someone's career journey -- from the first call, all the way to their job offer.



This role is ideal for someone who:



Is confident in conversations and can handle client calls daily

Has strong communication skills and can explain ideas clearly

Enjoys both sales and teaching/mentoring others

Wants to learn how to coach students and freshers to land jobs

Is excited to work closely with the founder and learn recruitment coaching


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:



This is an end-to-end role that blends sales, onboarding, and career coaching.



Lead Handling & Closing - Speak to incoming leads, understand their goals, and help them choose the right program.

Trust-Building & Conversion - Guide them through doubts, pitch the program, and close with clarity and empathy.

Student Onboarding - Once they enroll, you'll personally onboard and set them up for success.

Career Training - You'll train them on basics of job search: resume building, interview prep, LinkedIn, etc.

Progress Tracking - Monitor their performance, guide them on next steps, and ensure they're moving toward job offers.

Daily Reporting - Keep lead stages updated and share progress with the internal team.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:



Strong spoken English and clear communication

Comfortable making 10-15 calls per day to leads or clients

A people-first approach with strong persuasion skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow

Any prior experience in sales, training, or career coaching is a bonus

Familiarity with resume building, LinkedIn, interview prep, etc. is a plus

Willing to learn from the founder and take full ownership of your client base
