Job Description

As our Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to maximize sales across our rooms, banquet facilities, and food & beverage outlets. You'll play a key role in building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



Room Sales:

Identify and secure corporate, leisure, and group bookings to ensure room occupancy targets are met.

Banquet Sales:

Promote and sell banquet facilities for weddings, conferences, and other events, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to execution.

F&B Sales:

Drive sales for the hotel's restaurant, cafe, and Cocktail Bar, building partnerships and attracting local patrons. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase revenue streams. Proactive and reactive sales management, to consistently achieve budgeted total revenue for the Rooms, Banquet and F&B segment of business at the hotel. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and local businesses. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and packages. Development of new accounts & Managing Key Accounts Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a boutique or 3-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of room, banquet, and F&B sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Goal-oriented with a proactive and innovative approach to sales.

Language

: Proficiency in Kannada, English & Hindi ; additional languages are a bonus..
