Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Sales Manager

who specializes in

ALC Wall Panels, AAC Blocks, or similar construction materials

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and developers across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets for ALC wall panels in the assigned territory Build and manage dealer/distributor networks Generate leads and close deals with contractors and project consultants Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis Develop strategies to expand market presence and customer base Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales of building materials (ALC Wall Panels, AAC Blocks, etc.) Strong industry network and product knowledge Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory
