Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate and construction sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing strategic client relationships, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing training, motivation, and performance management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, events, referrals, and digital channels. Oversee the sales process from lead generation through deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates. Work closely with marketing to design and implement campaigns that drive qualified leads. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy. Coordinate with project, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless client experience from booking to possession. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations as needed. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5-7 years of experience in real estate or construction sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of local property markets and industry trends. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-value negotiations and close deals efficiently. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes:



Strong network of real estate agents and brokers. Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
