We are seeking experienced

Sales and Marketing Managers

to join our Bangalore team. Candidates must come from the

media, advertising, or digital marketing industry

and have a proven track record in driving sales and executing marketing strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, managing branding initiatives, and overseeing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue in the media and advertising space. Lead branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends. Manage and optimize

social media campaigns

across platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate with the web development team to pitch and deliver

web development solutions

tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the media and digital marketing landscape. Work closely with creative, content, and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Industry Experience:

3+ years in the

media, advertising, or digital marketing industry

(mandatory). Proven expertise in

branding

,

social media marketing

, and

web development sales

. Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Familiarity with web development processes and ability to pitch website solutions to clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of clients or contacts in the media, advertising, or digital marketing sectors. Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, or WordPress. MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
