Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their style and budget.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, collections, and ongoing offers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Ensure the showroom displays are always organized and visually appealing.
Handle billing, packaging, and other post-sales activities efficiently.
Coordinate with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing/Retail preferred.
Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion sales is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software).
Fluency in [Local Language] and English/Hindi.
