Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to perform effectively.
Maintain good relations with students and parents for referrals.
Organize seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
offline sales
