Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead our offline course sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and driving admissions for our institute's offline courses.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into admissions. Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to perform effectively. Maintain good relations with students and parents for referrals. Organize seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional activities. Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

offline sales

, preferably in

education/training institutes

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Leadership qualities and team management skills. Basic computer knowledge .
