Overview:
We are hiring Sales Manager for one of our clients who are a reputed Technology Solution provider. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, technology, and business growth. The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving overall revenue performance.
Job Responsibilities :
Prospecting & Lead Generation :
Identify and target potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media.
Conduct thorough market research to discover new business opportunities.
Lead Identification & Qualification :
Use CRM tools and databases to identify, track, and qualify leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Present IT products and services effectively based on customer needs.
Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Track competitor activities and industry trends.
Customer Support & Retention :
Provide timely support and solutions to customer queries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Reporting & Analysis :
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Analyze sales data to identify gaps and improvements.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
Identify potential clients and high-growth sectors.
Outreach & Engagement :
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and professional platforms.
Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations.
Database & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate client details in the CRM.
Track progress of all sales activities.
Collaboration :
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Share feedback to improve lead quality and sales processes.
Job Requirements:
Graduate degree required; preferred: BBA, BCA, or Computer Science.
MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Understanding of marketing principles and client behavior.
High motivation, excellent organization skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
