Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Software Sales professional with expertise in selling ERP, CRM, and SaaS-based solutions to retail and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, team management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets for ERP, CRM, and SaaS-based solutions. Identify and approach potential retail and enterprise clients, understanding their business needs. Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail and enterprise sectors. Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with tailored software solutions to optimize their operations. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Field Sales and Market Presence:

Conduct on-site meetings and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Travel to different locations for business development and client engagement activities. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams for seamless execution.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. Monitor team performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in IT software sales, specifically ERP, CRM, and SaaS-based solutions. Strong field sales background with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Prior experience selling to retail and enterprise clients is mandatory.

Team Handling:

Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve collective success. Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

Technical Knowledge:

Sound understanding of ERP, CRM, and SaaS-based platforms and their applications in business. Ability to discuss technical aspects of solutions with clients and internal teams.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure environments.

Additional Requirements:



Must own a bike/car and laptop for field sales activities. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and team coordination. Familiarity with retail and enterprise operational workflows is a plus.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in SaaS-based software sales for retail chains, enterprises, or similar domains. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and software integrations. Experience working with CRM tools for sales management.
