?Y Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager who can own client conversations, understand requirements, present solutions, and close deals.
This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, along with hands-on experience using CRM and sales tools to manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
?YZ Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Deal Closure

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
  • Understand client needs and business goals.
  • Present IT service offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Negotiate pricing, scope, and timelines.
  • Close deals independently and meet revenue targets.
2. Sales Process & Pipeline Management
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead ? discovery ? proposal ? closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and deal status regularly.
  • Forecast revenue and report sales performance.
3. Client Communication & Relationship Building
  • Conduct professional discovery and follow-up calls.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address objections and concerns effectively.
  • Ensure smooth handover to pre-sales / BA / delivery teams after closure.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Founder's Office.
  • Ensure scope, pricing, and timelines are clear before closing.
  • Avoid over-commitment or unclear promises.
5. Tools & Reporting
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Track calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Use tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or Trello for reporting.
  • Analyze sales data to improve conversion rates.
?Y Required Skills
Sales & Business Skills
  • Strong experience in IT services sales (Web, Mobile, Solution, AI basics).
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Good understanding of pricing models (Fixed Cost, T&M).
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiations confidently.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident on calls, demos, and client meetings.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language.
Tool Knowledge
  • CRM tools: Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Salesforce (any one).
  • Communication tools: Zoom, Google Meet, Email, WhatsApp Business.
  • Reporting tools: Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Task management tools: Notion / Trello / ClickUp (basic knowledge).
Soft Skills & Mindset
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong follow-up discipline.
  • Ownership mindset -- accountable for results.
  • Professional, honest, and client-focused.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT services sales.
