Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads for:
-Website Design & Development
-Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media Marketing)
-Mobile Application Development
-Branding & Design (Beslidy Profile Design work)
Handle
strong and smart follow-ups
with potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
Prepare
quotations, proposals, costing, and service plans
Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully
Manage complete
sales lifecycle
from lead generation to closure
Maintain and manage existing client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution after closure
Maintain proper sales reports, CRM updates, and client records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience in IT sales
Strong understanding of: Website development, Digital marketing service, Mobile application development and Branding & design services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets
Strong client-handling and relationship management skills
Experience in quotation preparation and costing
Good knowledge of lead generation techniques (cold calling, references, online platforms, networking, etc.)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Result-oriented and self-motivated
Confident in client presentations and discussions
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in B2B sales will be an added advantage
