Job Title: Sales Manager - IT / ITES (B2B SaaS / LMS)
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience: 5 to 8 years in B2B SaaS / IT / ITES sales, with proven enterprise or mid-market sales experience
Location: Remote / Hybrid / Office (as per company policy)
Salary / CTC: Up to 15 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and high-impact Sales Manager - IT / ITES to join our team. This is a hands-on sales leadership role, where you will actively drive enterprise deals, manage client relationships, and personally contribute to revenue growth.
You will take ownership of business development, sales execution, and client success, while building and mentoring a small team to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own all sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals
Develop and manage pipeline and forecasts, reporting to senior management
Drive enterprise and mid-market deals, including personal involvement in CXO-level negotiations
Evangelize and sell SaaS products and LMS solutions
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to execute go-to-market strategies
Define inbound and outbound lead generation requirements to meet sales objectives
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage
Build and mentor SDR and AE teams for consistent sales performance
NOTE: Experience in B2B SaaS, LMS, global sales, and digital marketing is highly preferred
Requirement:
Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales or marketing person's perspective
Ability to prepare reports and use of appropriate mode of communication.
Must be proficient at analyzing data, building, reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
Should have team handling experience (15 to 30 people)
High level understanding of digital marketing techniques, oversee execution of marketing strategies for generating leads to support sales goals, Build channel partner network and nurture partner engagement
Required Skill Set:
8+ years of relevant B2B SaaS / IT / ITES sales experience, including team management of 15-30 people
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas
Strong understanding of sales principles, pipeline management, and account-based selling
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong analytical skills to use metrics and data to drive sales strategy
Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
