Job Description

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT infrastructure solutions.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and client referrals.

3. Understand customer requirements and propose relevant solutions (networking, cloud, data centre, AMC, etc.).

4. Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to closing the deal.

5. Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

7. Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

9. Report sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts to management.

Job Requirement:



1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience in IT infrastructure sales or related domain.

3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components - servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and security.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.

6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
