Evaluate potential business opportunities and assign leads to team members.
Track and optimize the sales funnel and conversion ratios.
Team Management and Escalation Handling:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Handle client or operational escalations quickly, work with internal teams to fix issues, and ensure they are effectively resolved to avoid recurrence.
OEM/Partner Connect:
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM.
Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on OEM roadmaps and leverage them to generate new business.
Business Analysis & Reporting:
Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for growth.
Provide accurate forecasts, dashboards, and business reports to VP.
Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve processes.
Target Achievement:
Take ownership of the overall team target.
Strategize and implement plans to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, pre-sales, support and delivery teams.
