Key Account Manager - Sales Manager (IT & ELV)


Location: Vadodara / Ankleshwar / Bharuch


Experience: 3-4 Years



Role Overview



The Key Account Manager / Sales will manage and grow strategic client accounts in Vadodara, Ankleshwar, and Bharuch regions. This role blends sales, account management, and technical understanding of IT & ELV solutions. You will engage clients, understand their needs, and propose solutions aligned with Creative Infotech's offerings, while driving revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities



Manage key client accounts and develop long-term relationships with CTOs, IT heads, and decision-makers, Purchase Department.

Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of IT & ELV solutions.

Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to design and present tailored solutions.

Conduct client presentations, demos, workshops, and trade events to showcase solutions.

Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

Track market trends and activity to inform sales strategy.

Maintain CRM, sales metrics, and pipeline reports.

Support marketing campaigns and client engagement activities in the region.

Contribute to long-term account planning and ensure client satisfaction.


Required Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.

3-4 years of experience in IT / ELV sales or pre-sales, preferably in industrial/commercial sectors.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, BMS, Structured Cabling).

Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to analyse market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel locally within Vadodara, Ankleshwar, and Bharuch.


Desirable Skills



Familiarity with OEM solutions like Cisco, BOSCH, Honeywell, APC, etc.

Experience in multi-site projects or large industrial/commercial accounts.

Exposure to service & maintenance contracts or managed services.
