The Sales Manager - International Tours is responsible for promoting and selling international travel packages and services. The person must handle client inquiries, prepare customized itineraries, achieve sales targets, lead the sales team, and build strong business relationships with travel partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Must promote and sell international tour packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
Must understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel options.
Must prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals.
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and vendors.
Must achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle customer queries, bookings, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
Keep updated with international destinations, visa processes, and travel trends.
Must support marketing and promotional activities for international tours.
Skills Required:
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of international destinations and tour operations.
Must be customer-oriented and target-driven.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge required.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Experience:
Must have 2-5 years of experience in international tour sales
