Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts, focusing on the
US market
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, conducting demos of our technology services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the US market.
Conduct product and service demos tailored to client needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand company presence and revenue internationally.
Regular and timely follow up with the clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and proposals with prospective clients.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track and report sales metrics using CRM tools and present performance insights to leadership.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
1+ years of experience in B2B international sales, preferably in IT or digital services.
Proven track record in conducting successful demos and closing deals with US clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Able to work in a US Shift 8:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST time zone
Salary Package - 40K to 45K
