Sales Manager
to lead our expanding sales operations.
Position Overview
The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for the performance, productivity, and success of the sales department.
The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage team output, and expertise in driving revenue through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Set sales targets, develop strategies, and monitor team performance.
Provide leadership, support, and corrective actions when required.
Motivate, guide, and develop the sales team into high-performing professionals.
Ensure enforcement of company policies, processes, and sales guidelines.
Identify key priorities, long-term goals, and KPIs for the sales team.
Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistent and realistic outcomes.
Build and optimize product sales strategies, lead qualification processes, and deal modeling.
Create annual sales plans outlining projected revenue and growth timelines.
Develop and maintain a Sales Manual with best practices for all sales interactions.
Implement effective sales models to maximize conversion and profitability.
Provide coaching and feedback to help team members excel in their roles.
Work closely with management to align sales targets with overall business goals.
Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in
sales or business development
.
Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and sales acumen.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing or mentoring teams.
Solid organizational and resource management skills.
Ability to motivate teams and deliver consistent, measurable results.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA preferred).
