We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Participate in product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings effectively.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the industry.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that enhance sales efforts.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Engage in territory management by analyzing sales data and strategizing approaches for different regions.
Contribute to upselling initiatives by identifying additional products or services that may benefit clients.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development with a desire to learn about B2B sales processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs.
Previous experience in retail sales or direct sales is advantageous but not required.
