Roles & Responsibilities -
1)Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
2)Own the experience we give every prospective customer from the first time they interact with us
3)Be responsible for achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers
4)Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emergeWorld-class customer experience is what we pride ourselves on.

6)The ideal candidate for this role will come with past experience in managing relationships with customers and running a sales team, with clear sales targetsWe are a fast-growing startup (15000+ projects completed) and expect all our colleagues to be flexible, action and results oriented self-starters with strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications-Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of BD or sales experience (preferably in luxury sector, interior design .
Strong work ethic, communication & negotiation skills, with an ability to close deals
Proven track record of meeting monthly & branch sales targets, with strong sense of ownership
Ability to maintain exceptional client relationsComfortable working with cross-functional teams (designers and project managers)Planning and forecasting pipeline to closures
