Job Role: Sales Manager (Business Development for an Interior Design)

Location: North Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience- 2-10years

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development, the ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the interiors industry, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and leadership to effectively reach target markets and achieve business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Foster collaboration between design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach.
2. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, contractors and stakeholders.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and its services.
3. Brand Management:

Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media campaigns.
Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
4. Digital marketing:

Leverage online platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO) to engage customers and generate leads.
Monitor digital campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
5. Budget Management:

Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
6. Collaboration with Designers:

Work closely with interior designers to understand their vision and translate that into compelling marketing messages.
Ensure that design concepts are effectively showcased in marketing efforts.
Key Skills:

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to inform decision-making. Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of interior design trends and market dynamics. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
