Job Overview



We are seeking a

Sales Executive

for a reputable

interior design firm

known for delivering premium residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should be

well-groomed, confident, and fluent in English

, with a refined sense of aesthetics and excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in

luxury interiors or high-end home decor

is mandatory, as the role involves interacting with

discerning clients, architects, and design professionals

. The candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, presenting design concepts effectively, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with prospective clients and architects to understand design and project requirements. Present interior design concepts, material boards, and service offerings in a professional and appealing manner. Manage the entire sales cycle -- from client inquiry and consultation to final closure. Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain relationships with existing clients for referrals and repeat business. Handle showroom walk-ins, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into confirmed projects. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and design presentations. Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and finishes to effectively communicate value to clients. Represent the firm at exhibitions, events, and client meetings when required. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluent spoken and written English. Presentable personality with excellent client handling etiquette. Proven sales ability in

luxury interiors, furniture, or high-end decor

. Understanding of design concepts, spatial planning, and material finishes. Confidence in engaging with HNI (High-Net-Worth Individual) clients and architects. Persuasive, self-driven, and goal-oriented attitude. Proficiency in

MS Office

and familiarity with

CRM tools

preferred.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or Marketing

preferred. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in

interior design, luxury furniture, or lifestyle brand sales

.

Salary



Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Attractive incentives based on performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
