The Sales Manager - Insurance is responsible for driving sales growth by managing a team of insurance advisors/agents, developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the customer base. The role focuses on team leadership, channel development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents/advisors
Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Motivate and coach the sales team to improve productivity and performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Support agents in closing high-value or complex deals
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
