Sales Manager - Motor, Health & Life Insurance Agency Channel

Locations-

Panchmahal Anand, Kheda Mehsana/Patan Junagad/Bhavnagar Surendranagar Surat

Role & responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage POSPs to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth Monitor and evaluate POSP performance, providing feedback and support Build relationships with POSPs and stakeholders Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth Generate regular reports to track progress Achieve targets set by management

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in the Insurance Agency channel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions Bachelor's degree Experience in the agency vertical
