We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing and managing insurance solutions for Infrastructure Companies. The role involves building strong corporate relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring sustainable revenue generation from the Infra sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to target Infrastructure companies for insurance products.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in Infra companies.
Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to design customized insurance solutions.
Achieve sales targets, monitor market trends, and provide regular business reports.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA with 6-10 years of sales experience (preferably in Insurance/Infra/Financial Services).
Strong network and relationships in the Infrastructure sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
Compensation:
As per industry standards.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
