Position 1: Sales Executive / Sales Consultant

Location: [Bangalore]

Experience: 1-8 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and engage with potential clients to promote residential/commercial properties Conduct site visits and property presentations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups Stay updated with market trends and competitors
Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident, presentable, and target-driven Previous experience in real estate sales preferred
Position 2: Tele-caller / Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 0-3 years

Industry: Real Estate / Call Center / Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential leads and explain project details Schedule appointments and site visits Maintain records of calls and client responses Follow up with interested prospects
Requirements:

Good verbal communication in English & regional language Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM is a plus) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
