Identify and develop new B2B clients including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers across regions.
Generate leads and convert them into profitable sales partnerships.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Travel-Based Market Expansion:
Travel regularly across cities/states to tap new markets.
Conduct product presentations, sample sharing, and relationship management.
Participate in exhibitions and trade shows.
Sales Planning & Execution:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Forecast demand, manage sales pipeline, and report weekly progress.
Work on dealer performance improvement and stock rotations.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and distributors.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high client satisfaction.
Ensure timely order delivery and payment collections.
Team Coordination (if applicable):
Coordinate with the internal back office, warehouse, and dispatch team.
Guide junior sales executives or ground promoters if assigned.
Requirement
1-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in men's fashion or any fashion vertical
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
