Manage and lead the automobile sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Develop sales strategies for 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicle segments
Monitor showroom sales performance and ensure target achievement
Handle key customers, negotiate deals, and close high-value sales
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, events, and campaigns
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Prepare sales reports and MIS for management review
Train, motivate, and evaluate sales executives
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Sound knowledge of automobile sales (2W / 3W / 4W)
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
Customer relationship management
