Job Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of 8-12 field sales staff
Ensure the team works in the field every day
Help the team find new customers and close sales
Plan daily and weekly work for the team
Check daily work and sales reports
Ensure sales targets are completed on time
Motivate and support the team to perform better
Build good relationships with customers in the assigned area
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales
Experience in handling a sales team
Good communication skills
Comfortable working with sales targets
Ready to travel within the assigned area
Immediate joiners preferred
