Job Responsibilities:
o Manage and guide a team of 8-12 field sales staff o Ensure the team works in the field every day o Help the team find new customers and close sales o Plan daily and weekly work for the team o Check daily work and sales reports o Ensure sales targets are completed on time o Motivate and support the team to perform better o Build good relationships with customers in the assigned area
Job Requirements:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales o Experience in handling a sales team o Good communication skills o Comfortable working with sales targets o Ready to travel within the assigned area o Immediate joiners preferred
