Designation: Sales Manager (Hydro Power)
Location: Noida
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in Power Industry (Solar, Thermal, Wind Energy etc.)

Job Responsibilities:

• Business Development of the Region/Key Customers
• Opportunity Development and management
• Presentation of products / solutions
• Preparation and submission of Budgetary and Firms offers (including)

• Technical and Commercial bid
• Commercial risk review
• Costing / Pricing
• Post tender clarifications and Contract negotiations
• Order booking in HySAP and handover of Project to PM
• Maintain data on Customer, Competitor information (including cost / price data)
• Maintaining and updation of Enquiry database
• Strategy for PQ/sourcing/bidding for Key Projects
• Commercial review Key KPIs:

• Orders Received
• Order Pipeline
• Orders from New Customers
• OP on Orders Received

Desirable Skills:

• Experience of direct interaction with Power Utilities
• Technical exposure either to Turbine or Generator
• Experience in bid preparation
• Basic Knowledge of Power Plants (including in depth of at least one area)
• Commercial acumen (commercial conditions, costing/pricing
• Business Development
• Entrepreneurship
