We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and maintain strong customer relationships in the region. This role plays a critical part in growing our market presence and delivering tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts within the assigned region
Develop, present, negotiate, and close customized service, product, and project proposals
Track project opportunities and customer commitments using CRM tools
Represent the company at client meetings, trade fairs, and industry conferences
Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver client-specific solutions
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Define and implement regional sales strategies to meet growth targets
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Meet or exceed agreed sales and revenue goals
Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the airport or infrastructure domain
Strong understanding of technical products and services
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM and basic IT tools
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
High level of initiative, customer focus, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel 40-60% across India
Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management
