We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to grow our customer base and strengthen existing relationships in the region. You will play a key role in driving sales, presenting tailored solutions, and meeting growth targets while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers and maintain existing business relationships.
Develop, present, negotiate, and close customer-specific service and project offers.
Track customer projects and sales forecasts through CRM tools.
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and conferences.
Meet or exceed agreed sales and growth targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
Ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the airport or related environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Basic IT knowledge with ability to understand technical content.
Strong initiative, determination, and customer focus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders including engineers, air traffic controllers, airline and military personnel, and senior management.
Willingness to travel regularly (40%-60% within India).
