Participates in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with Radissons overall mission, vision values and strategiesxc2xa7 Develops and implements strategies for achieving individual sales goalsAchieves market share and revenue goals by working with the Director of Sales and Marketing on individual and team goals within assigned market segmentsxc2xa7 Develops data and recommends programs to meet clients' needsxc2xa7 Prepares proposals and contracts that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying client needsxc2xa7 Solicits files on a timely basis to confirm businessxc2xa7 Uses outside sales calls, prospecting, hotels tours and hosting of clients to solicit new businessxc2xa7 Contacts in-house customers to retain and grow existing business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Radisson Hotelsxc2xa7 Reviews individual and team goals on a weekly basis; recommends and takes appropriate actions to achieve objectives in key result areasxc2xa7 Ensure all materials used are in accordance with brand standardsMaintains proper flow of information to sales team, reviews sales work file of assigned accountsxc2xa7 Communicates clients' requests to all departments in an effective and timely mannerxc2xa7 Insures maximum occupancy on a daily basis by performing follow-ups on progress of groups booked with events services teamxc2xa7 Assists with the completion of monthly booking report(s)xc2xa7 Prepares reports as necessary to improve management decision making and critical evaluation of work activitiesCreates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectationsxc2xa7 Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest servicexc2xa7 Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problemsxc2xa7 Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basisxc2xa7 Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfactionxc2xa7 Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitalityAdheres to hotel policies and proceduresxc2xa7 Keep Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significancexc2xa7 Maintains a high standard of personal grooming at all times in order to represent the Hotel in the best possible manner, reflecting the public role of the positionxc2xa7 Be familiar with objectives, strategies, action plans and other marketing related information contained within the Hotel annual business planxc2xa7 Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this positionxc2xa7 Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environmentxc2xa7 At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the publicxc2xa7 Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager or Director of Sales and Marketing
