Execute both long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive business growth for
HVAC & BMS sensor products
(Temperature, Humidity, CO?, Differential Pressure, Flow, AHU/FCU Controllers) in the Delhi region.
Analyze market trends, monitor competition, and identify opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, especially within the Data Centres, HVAC and BMS segments.
Proactively identify and connect with new clients using strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding their technical requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Provide pre- and post-sales support, including resolving client concerns and offering actionable improvements.
Effectively communicate the technical and commercial advantages of Omicron's solutions.
Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and close sales orders within stipulated timeframes.
Monitor and report competitor activities including pricing and marketing strategies.
Prepare customer visit plan and provide timely reports on meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
Diploma / B.E. in Instrumentation or Electronics.
8 years of sales experience in instrumentation and sensor-based solutions.
Prior experience working with or selling into HVAC and BMS markets is preferred.
Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
