Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the petrol pump. Manage and schedule staff shifts. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Oversee inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Monitor financial transactions and maintain records. Coordinate with suppliers for timely fuel deliveries. Implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a petrol station or retail environment. Strong understanding of inventory management and financial practices. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints and work under pressure. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to fuel stations.
