Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive property sales to achieve assigned targets.
Identify new leads and build strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
Conduct site visits, explain project details, and close deals effectively.
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute local promotional activities.
Maintain updated records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2 to 4 years of proven experience in
real estate sales
(residential or commercial).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Goal-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
Knowledge of Hubli real estate market preferred.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
