Responsibilities



Onboard clients via telephonic and face-to-face interactions. Build, strengthen, and sustain client relationships. Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Service, etc.) for client engagement. Identify sales and upsell opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Alibaba's offerings and value proposition. Follow all organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Ensure clients utilize the platform effectively to achieve measurable benefits. Train and Retain your team.

Candidate Requirements



Graduation degree (mandatory). MBA/PGDM preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Professional attitude with a competitive mindset.
