2? Existing Client Handling (Requirement to Execution Support)

Act as

single-point coordination

for assigned clients Collect and document: Final requirements Site details Measurement confirmations Coordinate between: Design team Production team Management Ensure client receives: Design updates (as approved) Production & dispatch timelines Installation schedules

3? Execution Follow-ups & Client Communication

Track progress of ongoing projects Proactively update clients on: Manufacturing status Dispatch timelines Installation plans Escalate delays or issues to management early Support handover and completion communication
4? Payment & Documentation Follow-up

Ensure payment milestones are followed: Advance Pre-dispatch Final payment Coordinate invoices, POs, approvals Follow up politely but firmly for pending payments
5? CRM, Reporting & Discipline

Maintain

Google Sheet / CRM

for: New enquiries Existing client status Follow-ups & closures Daily update of: Enquiry status Active projects Weekly reporting to management
Required Skills & Competencies Must-Have:

Strong communication (Hindi & English) Structured follow-up mindset Ability to manage multiple clients calmly Basic understanding of interior / fixture workflow Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp
Preferred:

Experience in retail interiors or furniture manufacturing CRM handling experience Process-driven personality (not aggressive sales)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
