We are currently seeking a dynamic Real Estate Manager. If you are passionate about luxury real estate sales and have a knack for catering to the needs of HNI/UHNI clients, we invite you to join our team.

This role entails driving sales, and leading a team of sales executives/managers. Initially functioning as an individual contributor, the position will eventually involve managing a sales team.

Sales and Business Development:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients. Conduct negotiations and close real estate deals with clients and partners. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners. Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented team culture. Utilize CRM to reach out to potential buyers and High Net Worth Individuals. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and property portfolio status. Analyse data to make informed decisions and propose strategic improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 4+ years of experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales/Business Development or similar roles in hospitality, aviation, or related industries catering to high-profile clientele. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
