Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales team in
Gurgaon
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the
Delhi-NCR property market

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside and field sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration across Delhi-NCR.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, investors, and channel partners.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, negotiation skills, and market expertise.
Ensure adherence to sales policies, compliance, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in real estate sales, with
at least 2 years in a managerial role
in Delhi-NCR.
In-depth knowledge
of
Gurgaon and Delhi-NCR real estate markets
(residential/commercial), including pricing trends, micro-markets, and regulatory aspects.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
in English and Hindi.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive a sales team to exceed targets.
Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Good-to-Have:
Established network of real estate brokers, investors, and corporate clients in Delhi-NCR.
Experience in handling luxury or high-value property segments.
