1. Develop and execute sales strategy for industrial gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, CO?, Hydrogen, etc.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets.
3. Manage and expand dealer network, distributors, and bulk gas customers.
4. Identify new business opportunities in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, fabrication, food, and chemicals.
5. Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues quickly.
6. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to stay competitive.
7. Handle negotiation, price finalization, and sales contracts with customers.
8. Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure timely gas supply and cylinder availability.
9. Ensure proper documentation - purchase orders, agreements, follow-ups on payments.
10. Oversee key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction with regular visits & feedback.
11. Train and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
12. Maintain sales data, pipeline, and reports for management review.
13. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to gas handling and transportation.
14. Support new product launches and promotional activities.
15. reduce outstanding & maintain healthy credit control.
