Job Title: Sales Engineer / Sales Manager - Injection Molding Machinery

Key Responsibilities
Develop sales pipeline for injection molding machines (vertical & all-electric) across automotive, electronics, medical and industrial sectors.
Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation ? technical discussion ? costing ? proposal ? negotiation ? order closing.
Maintain strong professional communication with Japanese and premium global OEM partners.
Regular follow-ups with prospects, arrange product demos, machine trials, plant visits.
Build and maintain relationships with engineering heads, procurement leads, and plant GMs at major industrial clients.
Visit customer sites, conduct requirement studies, and recommend suitable machine configurations.
Coordinate with technical teams for proposals, layouts, BOQ, commissioning readiness.
Represent the company in exhibitions, industry forums, and technical seminars.
Prepare weekly follow-up reports, sales forecasts, and visit plans.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
2-5 years experience in capital equipment sales (injection molding machines preferred; plastics, automation, robotics, CNC, industrial machinery also acceptable).
Strong understanding of industrial buyers and technical B2B selling.

Polished communication -- especially with Japanese OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Patient yet persistent -- understands long sales cycles.
Tech-savvy and confident with machine specs, cycle times, tonnage, screw/shot size, energy saving concepts etc.
Disciplined with CRM, reporting, and follow-up calendars.
Humility + sharpness combo -- able to learn from seniors, yet hold ground with plant heads.
"Hands-dirty" attitude -- doesn't shy away from visiting factories, understanding process on shop-floor.

Ability to read machine specs & explain features/value proposition.
Sales negotiation & presentation skills.
Good command over English & Hindi. (Japanese language exposure is a plus.)
