Job Description

Sales & Customer Handling



Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, chats, and emails from customers. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (electronics, audio systems, smart gadgets, etc.). Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per customer.

E-commerce Support



Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate product listings, offers, and order fulfillment. Assist in handling online sales through platforms like Vplak.com, Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. Monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.

Customer Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels. Handle post-sales queries, returns, and escalations professionally. Record and update customer information and sales activities in CRM tools.

Reporting & Analysis



Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets. Share feedback and insights to help improve product selection and customer experience.

Key Requirements



Education:

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in sales, preferably in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or retail. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of online sales processes and CRM tools. Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital communication tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
