Mitaso Appliances Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Auto OEM industry to lead business development and key account management efforts. The role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding client relationships, and achieving strategic sales targets.

We have been a trusted Tier-1 supplier for more than 40 years to the major OEMs in the Automotive business - Maruti Suzuki, Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles, Mahindra, New Holland, Tafe, Escorts Tractors, Escorts Construction Equipment and many others. Our expertise is in sheet metal stampings and fabricated assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business with Auto OEM clients.
Manage key accounts and build long-term relationships with industry partners.
Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations with clients.
Collaborate with production and design teams for customized client solutions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prepare business forecasts.
Drive revenue growth and meet organizational sales objectives.
Key Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales and business development in the Auto OEM industry.
Strong understanding of B2B client management and industrial sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage sales teams and align goals with company objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
