Position Overview:

NC Realty is Seeking a Sales Manager for leading the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
