We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction through effective sales strategies and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, client relationships, and market analysis.
Monitor sales operations, track KPIs, and report progress to management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and sales events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in real estate sales leadership.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build strong networks and client relationships.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
