Business Development and Client Relationship Management
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth while working closely with operations and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, warehousing, and transportation services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with corporate clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Conduct regular client meetings to ensure service satisfaction and explore cross-selling opportunities.
Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal operations teams.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to develop winning sales strategies.
Identify potential sectors/industries for business expansion.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM reports regularly.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with operations, pricing, and finance teams to design cost-effective solutions.
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
Support the management team in strategic initiatives for growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-8 years of proven experience in
Sales/BD in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation sector
.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Strong network of industry contacts will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
