Key Responsibilities
Work on
both inbound and outbound leads
, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Understand client requirements (homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders) and translate them into solutions.
Present Oaklines' products and services effectively, highlighting key USPs
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to match client needs.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2C clients (homeowners) and B2B partners (designers, contractors, developers).
Collaborate with the design and factory teams to ensure accurate execution of client projects.
Track sales pipeline, achieve monthly/quarterly targets, and report progress to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (interior/design/building material industry preferred, but not mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand client needs and suggest solutions effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Comfort in handling both
B2C and B2B sales cycles
