We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to join our team in Gurugram. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving IT sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services and solutions.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and industry events.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to design proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.
Key Requirements
Proven experience (2-6 years) in
IT Sales / Business Development
(software development, IT services, or solutions).
Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, cloud, ERP/CRM, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
